Begin download. Look for a PopUp blocker at the top your screen. Click on the tan bar and allow popup to begin.
The File Download box below will appear and you will begin installing by choosing the Run option.
Go Through the set up wizard by clicking the Next button and giving permission to allow the program access to your computer.

Click on the icon to start the program. You will see this control panel. It's pretty user friendly. Use the green arrow to begin recording and the red button to stop. When your recording is complete save by going to File and choosing Export as a WAV file.
